ORDERS: Orders are accepted by mail, fax or e-mail.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:All orders are promptly acknowledged upon receipt via fax. Ship dates will be noted on the acknowledgment. Any discrepancies must be dealt with at that time.
CREDIT CARDS:MasterCard and Visa are accepted for prepayment only (at time of order placement).
ARTWORK:Camera-ready (black and white) artwork is required for best results. Multi-colored jobs should be color separated.
ELECTRONIC ARTWORK:We prefer an EPS file in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw, with text converted to vector or curves. We use the PC platform. However, we can also accept art in TIFF or JPEG files and work with Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Word. Please call for details.

TYPESETTING OR PASTE UP: Straight line computer generated type and easy paste ups or alterations will be done at no charge. Sorry we cannot fix up logos - we require sharp and clear logos.
HALFTONES: We generally discourage halftones to keep imprint sharp and clear. However, if half tones are to be used, artwork must be supplied to size at maximum 70 (DPI) Dots Per Inch.
PMS COLORS: We cannot guarantee an exact PMS match. We will come as close as possible. Surface of item to be printed can distort the PMS color a bit. (Especially black or dark colors).
PRODUCTION TIME: Standard service is 2 weeks. 5 Day Service is available upon request at no charge. 48 hour service is available with an additional charge. Service is based on a five day work week not
including holidays. Production time will begin after approval of credit.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES: All orders are considered firm and can only be cancelled or changed in writing via fax. Any items imprinted before cancellation or change will be billed accordingly.

SETUP CHARGE- All items $40.00/v - Tote bags- $50.00/v
PROOFS: On paper (via fax) or e-mail no extra charge. On sample item, a flat rate charge of $20.00 plus air shipping will apply. Production will begin after approval of proof.
LESS THAN MINIMUM: Half of lowest quantity amount listed for that item, add $30.00/v extra.
UN-IMPRINTED MERCHANDISE: End quantity prices. Shipped in one day. Minimum order half of lowest quantity amount.
SHIPPING: FOB New York. UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated on order. All shipments will be insured and charges will be included in shipping costs. Factory cannot be responsible for meeting deadlines on UPS standard service due to shipping delays. Special occasion dates we suggest using air service. For parcel post or priority mail add $5.00 per order for delivery to post office.
CO-OP PROGRAMS and large quantity quotes: We offer very competitive pricing - call for a custom quote.
OVER OR UNDER-RUNS: On one color imprint, almost all orders will ship exact amount. However, on occasion we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under and will bill accordingly. On multi-color jobs most orders will have a slight over or under-run.
CATALOGS AND SAMPLES: Reasonable amounts of additional catalogs, special sheets and samples will be sent free of charge. When requesting samples, should we have to ship via UPS or FedEx, please supply us with your shipper account number.
RETURNS: The factory must be notified prior to return of merchandise. Any defective merchandise will be immediately replaced or a credit issued. Credit will be issued only for actual quantity returned.
REPEAT ORDERS: Send photo copy of original artwork and specify our invoice by number. A set-up charge of only $20.00/v will apply. To match the exact imprint color, you must send an actual sample from the original order. We keep artwork for 3 years.
